MUMBAI: In 1996, Kamal Haasan did a superhit movie named Indian wherein he played dual roles. The movie also featured Manisha Koirala, Urmila Matondkar, Sukanya and many more. Sometime ago, it was announced that there’s going to be Indian 2 and Kamal Haasan will be the lead once again.

The announcement of Indian 2 made the audience excited as they would not just get to watch the sequel to Indian but also get to watch Kamal Haasan in the movie. It's going to be a great as before Indian 2 aka Hindustani 2, Kamal Haasan will seen playing a major role in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD.
Hindustani 2 has been getting a lot of hype and it also features Rakul Preet Singh and Siddharth.
While talking about Indian 2, Atlee said that he is a great fan of Shankar and indulged in films watching his films. He's been a great fan of Indian and is sure that Hindustani 2 is going to be the best. When he was working as an assistant director in Robot, he recalls that he knew about the idea of Hindustani 2. He expresses that it feels unreal. He calls Kamal Haasan the 'Bible' of Indian cinema. He expresses his desire to work with him.
