MUMBAI: Popular actress Hina Khan revealed that she was battling stage three breast cancer on social media in June 2024. Following the national shock of the news, fans and celebrities expressed their support and wish for a quick recovery for the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame.
A few days later, Hina Khan thanked everyone who had helped her throughout her difficult moments. Hina wrote a lengthy letter thanking her supporters and those who are praying for her health. She also said that she feels wonderful to witness all of the love that is being shown to her.

Since the day she broke the news to the world, Hina Khan has been recording her struggle with breast cancer. Hina has been an inspiration to many through one of the most trying experiences of her life, from revealing peeks of her hair being chopped for chemotherapy to posing with scars.
In a long note, thanking everyone for their support, Hina wrote, "My WhatsApp and Instagram DMs are flooded with messages, God, soo much love."
Furthermore, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress expressed how people from different religions are praying to their Gods for her well-being. She added that some fans have fasted for her as well. She mentioned being overwhelmed with the love and promised to share the love with others in need.
The Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actress wrote, "The support I've received from those who've been on this journey before me is beyond incredible and deeply touching. How can I ever repay the kindness, grace, support, and love from all of you amazing fans and supporters."
Hina Khan went on to say that she considers the outpouring of love to be a blessing and that it has humbled her. She wrote, "I have zillions praying for me. That is exceptional. That is life-changing. You have my heart forever. Lots of love to all of you! Hina."
Hina Khan has been sharing significant moments from her battle with breast cancer with great love. The talented actress's strength is being appreciated by the public. Everyone is applauding her in the video where she cuts her hair short to avoid the negative effects of chemotherapy.
Hina is merely demonstrating with her determination why she is appropriately called Sher Khan.
