She said she joined the show when it completed around 500 episodes. She was a little skeptical about joining the show midway as there is always a risk doing that. The audience may or may not accept the new entries. But the makers convinced her enough to do the show. The character description was the main reason. She has experimented with a bunch of roles in her career, so she was later keen to take this up too. What interested her was the various shades that the character changes over the storyline.
