MUMBAI: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's freshly released film Stree 2 is now experiencing popularity. On August 15, 2024, the horror-comedy debuted in theatres with positive reviews from both critics and fans. Rao disclosed something about his co-star that is not well known, despite the two of them spending a lot of time together both on set and during marketing.
In an interview with the widely read news website, Rajkummar Rao revealed that he used to travel a lot while working as a theatre actor. He kept a diary during his travels, noting any peculiar people or events that caught his attention.
When the interviewer questioned him about his thoughts on the Baaghi actress, he said, "One thing I observed about Shraddha, which nobody knows, is that she always carries a tissue or something similar because she has an issue with her tear glands, and her eyes often water."
On August 17, 2024, the Stree 2 team and other actors arrived for a success bash just a day after the film's release. The star-studded event in Mumbai saw many Bollywood celebrities making stylish appearances. Shraddha Kapoor, the film's leading lady, arrived in a red luxury car, drawing attention as she made her entrance. Varun Dhawan, who has a cameo as Bhediya in the movie, also joined the celebration.
Rajkummar Rao played the male lead in Stree 2 showed up to the event looking sharp in a bright shirt, black pants, and sneakers. Actress Patralekhaa, his wife accompanied him. She wore a casual outfit that included a black see-through top, matching heels, and a denim bag to finish the appearance.
Actress Kriti Sanon attended the ceremony as well to encourage the team. She carried a high-end purse to round off her appearance, wore a beige slip dress with no back, and kept her hair down.
The sequel to the 2018 film Stree, directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Maddock Films in collaboration with Jio Studios, is called Stree 2. Pankaj Tripathi and Aparshakti Khurana play significant roles in the movie as well. Rao's upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, starring Triptii Dimri, is his next project.
