MUMBAI: Asim Riaz has been in the news for all the wrong reasons after his brawl with Rohit Shetty resulted in his dismissal from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. Although Asim's ugly fight was just made public by KKK contestant Niyati Fatnani, it seems like the latter has since made an indirect threat against the actress.
Asim Riaz made a subtle jab at Niyati Fatnani on his X (formerly known as Twitter) page on Tuesday night. “Some people just need a high-five in the face with a chair,” he wrote.

Amazingly, this happens just one day after Niyati revealed that Asim Riaz lost his cool during a photo shoot, leading to a heated argument with both the other competitors and the show's host, Rohit Shetty.
She revealed that a significant portion of Asim's tantrum was cut from the broadcast program, even though it was far more dramatic than what the audience witnessed.
She said that Asim's situation grew so out of control that Rohit Shetty's bodyguards had gathered nearby as a precaution.
“He could have said a lot of things, but he chose not to. His bodyguards were around, as Asim was really close to sir, talking rudely,” Niyati said.
Asim Riaz was recently expelled from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 for allegedly misbehaving with the host Rohit Shetty and his fellow contestants.
The trouble started during a task where Asim, Aashish Mehrotra and Niyati Fatnan had to collect flags from a seesaw. Aashish and Niyati finished the task and saved themselves from elimination.
However, Asim could not. He claimed that the challenge was impossible and told the team, “Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.”
After that, Rohit Shetty played a rehearsal video in which the team accomplished the task and explained that everything had been tested before the contestant tried it.
“Kal bhi tune bahot bakwaas ki (Yesterday also you said a lot of nonsense),” he said, Refusing to listen to Asim, the angry filmmaker added, “Sun meri baat sunle warna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna (Listen to be otherwise I will thrash you here. Don’t behave badly here).”
However, Asim continued in acting inappropriately, even getting into a brawl with contender Abhishek Kumar. He was asked to quit the show as a result.
