MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

The show is speculated to be taking a fifteen-year hiatus. Several family members will be shown leaving the show because they are unwilling to portray such an aged role.
Mahi will be seen being adopted by Anupama and Anuj, while Kavya and Vanraj will be shown to have abandoned her. Like with Aadhya, Anupama, and Anuj will treat Mahi as their own daughter and give her a lot of love and attention.
Anupama and Anuj will be seen staying together and looking after Aadhya and Mahi after their 15-year leap. Aadhya is likely to be jealous of Mahi because Anuj and Anupama give her a lot of attention.
Since Aadhya and Mahi aren't seen getting along, the focus of the show will now be their rivalry. If rumors about Aadhya are to be believed, she will be shown negatively.
