MUMBAI: Shemaroo Umang dropped a glimpse into their latest creation, Shamshaan Champa. This supernatural drama, helmed by the acclaimed producer Gul Khan, promises to be a blend of mystique, horror, and spine-tingling intrigue, anchored by Trupti Mishra in the titular role of Champa.
Shamshaan Champa is no exception—it's the story of an ordinary girl, Champa, who's a devout follower of Lord Shiva. Destiny takes a twist, and she becomes a daayan, but her heart remains pure throughout. Monalisa plays the leading role of Mohini in the show.
Mahima Mishra plays a pivotal role in the serial and now, she has taken to her social media handle to share a post about the show wrapping up shoot.
She took to her social media handle to share a post which mentioned about the show wrapping up and how a well made show should wrap when the time is right with the number of episodes it airs.
They apparently also had a small party to celebrate their success.

Shamshan Champa is the story about Champa played by Trupti Mishra who on a dark, scary night, running for her life with a basket of Champa flowers is chased by masked men with mashaal in their hands, Champa trips and falls. These men attack Champa, leaving her bruised and unconscious under a banyan tree. Just when all seems lost, a mysterious shadow heals her wounds. Champa comes back to life, transformed into a powerful daayan, with her nails and hair growing longer. As she walks, the crushed flowers revive.
