Talking about her Navratri celebrations, Anju said, ''I just love playing garba. I have been playing garba ever since I was in my 4th or 5th class. I just love deckeing myself up in ghagra choli. When I was very young, I used to stay in Indore. There was a huge temple near my house and Navratri celebrations used to happen there every year. And I used to participate and play a lot.''

She added, ''All my friends and families used to come there to see my garba. Everyone used to come to meet me. It was such an amazing feeling as I was so famous amongst people at that time.''

She continued, ''Well now that I am working, I don't get time to play garba for all the nine days but whenever I get time, I play garba.''

Anju hails from Indore and when asked if there's a difference between Mumbai and Indore's Navratri, she said, ''There is not much of a difference. Things are done in the same way, here and there. But here in Mumbai, the celebrations are very grand. Things are very on the top and there is a lot of craziness here. People play garba in Indore as well but there isn't much of a hype just like here in Mumbai.''

She added, ''I have seen girls spending so much on costumes. They are seen wearing different types of costumes and rushing to the parlours for their looks. We haven't seen such a craze in Indore.''

Anju revealed that she fasts for all the 9 days during Navratri every year.

''I fast every year during Navratri and it is such an amazing feeling. I only have healthy food like fruits and milk. This feeling is so good that I feel energetic all the time.''

Lastly, when asked Anju if she enjoyed shooting for Navratri celebrations for her show Wagle, she said she wasn't there during these sequences but she will surely go and play garba in real life.

Well said, Anju!
