MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj.

Dolly appears to be going through a lot since she fears that Adhya would come back and tell the family the truth. It seems that Dolly killed Dimpy ten years ago and blamed Adhya for it.
Dolly did everything in her power to hold Adhya accountable, but Pari saved Adhya's skin by admitting to the authorities that Dimpy's death was an accident.
Dolly is too afraid for Adhya to return to Shah House because she lives in constant terror that the truth will come out and Anupama will put her in jail.
Anupama, on the other hand, has given up on her children as they only think about themselves, therefore she is making an effort to have a happy life with all of her grandchildren.
