MUMBAI: Bidding for the factory land continues. Savi bids 130 crores on Rajat’s behalf. Arsh bids 140 crores. Savi stops Rajat from bidding further and says that land is not worth that much and he will incur huge losses. Auctioner announces Arsh as winner of the auction bid. Rajat fumes on Savi. Arsh taunts Rajat and calls him a loser, taunts him for marrying Savi who turned out to be unlucky for him, and losing his lucky charm Ashika, etc. He leaves with Ashika to celebrate. Savi tries to explain again that it’s a loss making deal, but Rajat and Aman refuse to trust her.
Back home, Rajat starts drinking alcohol. Savi tries to stop him and reminds him about doctor’s warning to refrain from consuming alcohol. Rajat tongue lashes her for losing the bid. Savi tries to explain him that the land owner Mr Goswami is a shrewd business and trying to dump the land somehow, she heard his wife discussing during PTM that Goswami is facing some legal dispute on the land. Rajat refuses to trust her and shouts that he incurred huge losses because of her.
Rajat walks down trying to convince his company’s board of directors that he will find some other land. Rajendra notices him upset and asks reason. Rajat reveals that he lost a land deal because of Savi and incurred huge losses. Aman walks in and asks Rajat to pick board of director’s call as they are all frustrated and demanding his resignation. Bhagyashree accuses Savi of making losses of whoever she tries to help and warns her to refrain from helping her family further.
Mr and Mrs Kothari call Rajat and assure him of speaking to the board of directors and convince them to give him another chance. Rajat thanks them. Mrs Kothari asks him to call them bhai and bhabhi and proposes him to arrange Ahana and Aman’s engagement soon. Rajat agrees. Aman hears their conversation and approves for Aman’s sake.

Families gather to celebrate karvachauth ritual. Savi walks in. Bhagyashree’s friends praise her beauty and tell Bhagyashree that she got a beautiful bahu. Bhagyashree frowns that Savi brought in losses to her family and is unlucky for them. Rajendra walks to Shantanu and jokes that Bhagyashree is fasting for the first time and is very hungry, she will kill him if the moon doesn’t arrive soon. He further informs about Lucky getting distinction in Shantanu’s college. Shantanu says credit goes to the teachers and informs that Milind is the new HOD. Lucky overhears them. Milind walks in and takes Shantanu’s blessings. Lucky gets tensed and tries to call his friend in lieu of calling Rajat. Moon arrives. Couples perform ritual and break their fast.
