MUMBAI : Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Anupama appears to be under a lot of stress because she is responsible for taking care of the entire Shah House by herself and paying all of the expenses because her daughter and son won't assist her financially.
Because she doesn't want to deny her family anything, she will be observed laboring day and night to pay the household bills.
Unbelievably, Anupama passes out in front of Prem while preparing supper. The family will call the doctor after he informs them of Anupama's condition.
In front of the family, the doctor will assert that Anupama is under severe physical and mental stress and that her family must thus provide for her.
Rahi and Mahi will be seen trying to take over Anupama's work after becoming irritated with her for not taking breaks.
