MUMBAI:The episode begins with Vayu visiting Vaiju, complaining of a headache. Vaiju asks why he is alone, and Vayu reveals that his father told him not to go to her, so he ran to Vaiju. Ranvijay is searching for Vayu in his car and arrives at Vaiju’s home, finding Vayu in her lap. He asks Vayu why he left without informing anyone. Vayu explains that he knew only Vaiju could help him, but his father wouldn’t let him come. He also says that he waited for Ranvijay the previous day but he didn’t come. Ranvijay apologizes, admitting that sometimes stopping can solve problems, and a flashback reveals Vaiju leaving her home. Vaiju tells Vayu to apologize to his father for leaving the house late at night. Vayu apologizes to Ranvijay, who then apologizes to Vaiju. Vaiju agrees to forgive him, quoting her mother’s belief that one should forgive if someone is truly sorry. Vayu, in turn, says his father always told him to sleep at night if it’s too late.

Later, Ranvijay sits outside Vaiju’s home as she brings him tea. As they share the moment, Ranvijay remarks that even after seven years, the tea tastes the same. Vaiju, however, says that while the tea may taste the same, the maker is no longer the same. Ranvijay reflects on the day of the accident, recalling seeing the dead body and Vaiju’s mangalsutra near it, and how he felt he died that day too. He admits that he has never found peace since then and often prayed for death to come. Vaiju cuts him off, saying she never had time to think about him in the seven years. Ranvijay shares his feelings about Vayu, claiming that he was his son too and that no one can replace him, even though Vaiju named her daughter Vaani.
Ranvijay asks about Vaani’s father, prompting Vaiju to reveal that she is both Vaani’s mother and father. She asks Ranvijay, “You got your Vayu, but where do I get mine?” She explains that she cannot call the man responsible for her son’s death. Ranvijay acknowledges that Vaiju is now dead to him, which they both agree on after all these years.
The next morning, as Ranvijay prepares to leave with Vayu, they are ambushed by masked goons. The goons kidnap Vaani. As Ranvijay gets up, Niranjan calls Vaiju, taunting her about her threat to take out his eyes if he harms her daughter. He tells her to come to the location to save Vaani. Ranvijay and Vaiju head there on a bike, where Niranjan and his goons are waiting. Vaiju immediately starts fighting with the goons, and Ranvijay stops one who is about to attack her from behind. Vaiju demands to know where Vaani is, but Niranjan taunts her, asking if Ranvijay is her new lover or Vaani’s father.
