Recently, the much-loved crime thriller CID made a grand return with its highly anticipated second season, after a hiatus of six years.
Fans were thrilled to see Ajay Nagrath reprising his role as Inspector Pankaj. His exceptional performance in the show has once again won him immense appreciation from viewers and critics alike.
In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Ajay opened up about his bond with actor Nakuul Mehta. Reflecting on their on-screen camaraderie in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, Ajay shared, “Many people admired the bond between my character Aditya and Ram (played by Nakuul). Our friendship and unwavering support for each other resonated well with the audience.
He further said, ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 was a remarkable project for me post-CID, and it ran successfully for two and a half years. I built great relationships with my co-stars, and though I stay in touch with Disha and Nakuul through Instagram, the person I share a close and constant bond with is Shubhaavi Choksey, who played Nandini. Additionally, Sneha and Abhinav Kapoor are also very dear to me’
There is no doubt that viewers loved the connection between Ram (Nakuul Mehta) and Aditya (Ajay Nagrath) in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.
With CID making its comeback, fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing more of Ajay’s stellar performances on screen.
