Vrinda Dawda to play a negative lead in Sahara One's Haunted Nights

As reported by Tellychakkar.com, Sahara One’s Haunted Nights (Entertainment Hub) is all set for a revamp. Currently, the show has been airing weekly stories. But, post the revamp it will see the entry of permanent family which will witness supernatural happenings. Accordingly, the production house has been busy with the audition process. And the latest is that Vrinda Dawda better known as Taani of Channel V’s Dil Dostii Dance will be seen as the negative lead in the revamped version of Haunted Nights. The actress will be seen playing Vishakha, who is very possessive in nature and will be in love with the lead of the show being played by Vishal Gandhi of Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahaani fame. As reported in the media, Jyotsna Chandola last seen in Sasural Simar Ka will play the positive lead in the show. When contacted Vrinda said, “I have auditioned for the role but nothing is confirmed yet.” Vrinda has also been approached to play a hot and sexy role in BBC Worldwide and Lost Boy Productions’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui. The revamped version of Haunted Nights, in most probability, will air from 26 August (2013).
