Rituraj joins the cast of Colors' Beintehaa

Colors' new offering, Beintehaa to be produced by Farhan Salaruddin has been in the headlines for roping in celebrity Amrita Rao's sister Preetika Rao as the female lead. Joining the cast will be talented and versatile actor Rituraj Singh known for playing the 'baddie' roles to the 'T'. The actor who was seen in Zee TV's Hitler Didi has been roped in to play the female lead's father, a character that the actor has not played so far. The father will be very simple and will love his family a lot. Actress Riva Bubber will be playing his wife, and mother to Preetika. When contacted, Rituraj told Tellychakkar.com, "Yes, I will be playing an important role in Farhan's show for Colors. I took up this role as I have not worked with Farhan till now. Also, in my long career I have never got the opportunity to work for Colors. So I look forward to a good association with them." As reported in media, acclaimed model Suchitra Pillai will play mother to the male lead. Newbie Harshad is the male lead in the serial. We also get to hear that noted actor Naved Aslam will also play a pivotal role in Beintehaa. The promo of Beintehaa will hit TV screens today.
