The entire town of Karnal comes together to ensure a smooth shooting experience for team Diya Aur Baati Hum

The Haryana Police Commando Complex in Newal, Karnal recently hosted the perfect ambience to the start of shoot of Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd’s popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum (Star Plus). As we know, the makers of the show did an extensive recce of the location and zeroed on it to be the IPS training ground of the protagonist Sandhya (Deepika Singh). Well, the news coming in is that the much-awaited shoot at Karnal kick-started recently and we hear that it has been a smooth sail for the cast and crew shooting at the place, courtesy the help rendered by many a people. A source from the set told us that firstly, it was the weather which held up and helped the shoot to start on time. In no time, the foggy weather cleared to spread out a sunny day amidst which the shoot started. But the biggest mention has to go to the Commando Complex Chief, his subordinates, SP of Karnal and the friends of the producer Sumeet Mittal for tirelessly working to ensure that there were no hiccups during the shoot. We tried calling Producer Sumeet Mittal to know more on it, but he remained unavailable. However, we hear that the makers are pretty geared up and satisfied with the way the people of Karnal have gone out of their way to make sure the shoot of Diya Aur Baati Hum goes as smoothly as possible. Guess it is now safe to say that the show has a positive impact on the whole of Karnal. Way to go, team Diya Aur Baati Hum.
