Mona Wasu wins Iss jungle se mujhe bachao

The agony is over for the finalists of Iss jungle se mujhe bachao as they find themselves out of the dreaded Malaysian jungle. There were three survivors but in the end it’s Mona Wasu who’s come out smiling. The actress has won the inaugural contest and earned herself a cool cash prize of Rs 10 million. Chetan Hansraj was the runner-up. A little birdie from Malaysia informs, “Mona has won the contest. This comes as no surprise as she was tipped as the favourite to win. It’s no surprise that the public voted in her favour.” Throughout the contest, Wasu did try and stay clear of any controversy. Though there were times she was dragged into a heated argument but she managed to keep her head held high. Though viewers did see her break down at times but what worked in her favour was that she never shied away from any task. She didn’t even flinch while eating roaches, lizards or spiders. Wasu had the appetite to digest anything. It’s this will that appealed to the public who chose her as the winner. All the three finalists, Mona, Chetan and Anaida were happy in the end as they were surprised by the arrival of their family members on the set. Chetan’s wife Lavina with their son and Mona and Anaida’s brothers reached the jungle for the grand finale. Viewers can watch the grand finale of Iss jungle se mujhe bachao tonight at 9.00 pm on Sony.
