The pair entertained their followers with pictures and videos from the Ayinoon and Haldi ceremonies in the run-up to the wedding. Before the marriage, the pair got to meet Malayalam movie star Mohanlal, with whom Gopika had previously collaborated as a child artist on the successful 2003 film Balettan.
