Anuj’s critical state finally brings Anupamaa to the huge realization that she also feels for Anuj the same way he feels for her.
With Vanraj showing the reality to Anupamaa and making her aware of her love for Anuj, he thus asks Anupamaa to move on in her life and think about herself and for her true love Anuj.
However, now it’s too late for Anupamaa to confess her love to Anuj because just when he gains consciousness and she turns to confess her love, suddenly Anuj’s sister enters.
