Devika gets the gift for Anupamaa on Anuj's behalf and has a letter too, but the letter falls off.
While Vanraj stumbles upon the letter, Anupamaa assumes that the lehenga is from Devika.
Anupamaa accepts this gift which creates a misunderstanding. Anuj assumes that Anupamaa has accepted his gift.
It would be interesting to know what happens next in the show.
