MUMBAI: Star Plus's newly launched serial Faltu stars Aakash Ahuja, Niharika Chouksey and Drishti Thakur. The story is about a frustrated married couple's fourth girl-child, who is named Faltu since they wanted a son instead. However, Faltu's life changes when fate introduces her to a young cricket coach Ayaan Mittal.
Currently, there are minor fights that take place whenever Ayaan and Faltu come face to face.
Further, Faltu's marriage is fixed by her uncle and the man happens to be double her age.

Faltu's mother raises objection. The groom wants to marry Faltu within ten days and refuses to delay further.
Faltu feels trapped as she does not want to married but she has to, to save her father's prestige since the marriage is already fixed.
