MUMBAI : Star Plus's newly launched serial Faltu stars Aakash Ahuja, Niharika Chouksey and Drishti Thakur. The story is about a frustrated married couple's fourth girl-child, who is named Faltu since they wanted a son instead. However, Faltu's life changes when fate introduces her to a young cricket coach Ayaan Mittal.
Faltu, is considered as a bad omen by her family because her twin brother died right after her birth.
She faces criticism and backlash from her own family members, but she makes up her mind to prove her worth.

Faltu gets motivated by her brother Pratap and hits two sixes back to back. She gets hit by the ball, after which she feels dizzy. She hisses in pain but Pratap asks her to hit one last six. The ball falls near Ayaan, who gets surprised.
Faltu wins the match and gets the reward, even though she had to argue with the organiser for full prize money. Ratan burns the name-plate that Faltu bought for her father using the prize money.
She gets criticised for playing cricket with men. Faltu feels heartbroken seeing the name-plate burning.
Further, Faltu gets into a massive fight with Ayaan. She tells him to take his words back, but he does not.
His sister asks her about the address they want to go. Faltu shows them the wrong direction. But much to her shock, Ayaan talks to Ratan, who get angry as knowing someone misguided his guest.
Faltu feels nervous seeing all of that.
Will Faltu get scolded by Ratan?
