These days, the storyline of the show is focusing on Virat and how he is hiding the truth about Shruti from Sai. He feels guilty about it. On the other hand, Sai also suspects that Virat is up to something.
In the previous episode, we saw how Virat went against the Chavan family and supported Shruti, which left Sai heartbroken. She takes the decision to leave Virat and the Chavan house. In spite of all this, Virat refuses to say anything and leaves as he gets an urgent phone call.

In the upcoming episode, Shruti tells Virat that she will never forgive him for what he has done and he has no right to hold her child. He is the person who killed Sada, and because of him, her child is fatherless.
Virat is worried as if Shruti says anything in front of the nurse, then she would be caught by the police. He tells the nurse that she is reacting this way as she is going through an emotional turmoil.
Virat tells Shruti that she needs to be careful and not say things in front of the nurse because if she does, then she is putting herself and her child in problems. She has to be alert.
