Sai says that when she prepared for the exam the circumstances were very tough and hence she thought that she would fail.

This is when Pakhi takes the chance and adds fuel to the fire by making Sai doubt Virat, telling her that Virat is betraying her behind her back.
Situation starts to mess up as Sai starts thinking about what Pakhi told her and if she’s right or not.
