MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a major turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and Imlie season 2 starting.
We saw a huge leap in the show after which Meethi and Cheeni are all grown up.
In the latest episode, we saw that Atharva and Imlie get engaged and Atharva is again left in a messy state with having feelings for Cheeni.
Rudra and Devika Rana visit the Rathore’s and request the Rathore family that after Imlie and Atharva’s wedding, Imlie and Cheeni should not meet much.
Cheeni secretly goes to meet Atharva and he gifts her a diamond necklace. She thinks that he is bribing her so that she can tell Imlie that he does not want to marry her. Sundar catches them and feels weird.
On his way out, Atharva bumps into Imlie and tries to tell her the truth. But again due to the circumstances is unable to.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Imlie tells everyone that Atharva came to meet her last night and Narmada gets furious. She calls Rudra and expresses her concern. Sundar later tells Rudra that Atharva met Cheeni before he met Imlie, which makes Rudra agitated.
We see Cheeni is unable to find the necklace in her room and Rupi comes in with the necklace. She assumes that Atharva gave the necklace for Imlie and Cheeni kept it for herself.
We later see that a wedding proposal has come for Cheeni. She says that she wants to get married to a rich man and not some middle-class person. Rupi tries to convince Cheeni to meet him and asks her to get ready to meet the guy once at the Durga Pooja.
When Cheeni tries to tell Imlie that Atharva was there to meet Cheeni, Rupi walks in and gives Imlie the diamomd necklace. This makes Cheeni feel agitated and she decides to get it back.
Later, Rudra calls everyone and informs them that the date for Atharva and Imlie’s wedding has been fixed and it is next week. Atharva is still adamant about not marrying Imlie and says that he will marry Cheeni.
Rudra later talks to Sundar and comes to know about Cheeni meeting the guy. Atharva feels that his father has sent this proposal for her. Rudra then gets angry at Atharva saying if he ever asked what Cheeni wants or if she has ever told him that she felt the same. Atharva is left thinking and decides to do something about it.
Will Atharva break Imlie’s heart? Will Cheeni get what she wants?
