MUMBAI: The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) has unveiled its latest weekly TRP ratings, bringing a fresh wave of surprises to the Indian television landscape.

With several shows climbing the ladder and a few witnessing a dip, the rankings this week are a clear reflection of changing viewer tastes and evolving content dynamics.

Leading the charge is the ever-popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, which has made a triumphant return to the number one position. Its consistent humour and beloved ensemble cast continue to win over audiences, proving its unmatched staying power in prime-time television.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi Ka Safar and Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki have both seen a notable rise in their ratings, signalling growing interest in emotionally driven narratives.

In particular, Mannat has registered a significant spike, suggesting that its latest plot twists are resonating well with viewers.
