MUMBAI:Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show took a huge turn post the leap and Imlie and Chini are now all grown up. Megha Chakraborty and Seerat Kapoor play the leads with Karan Vohra. The current track is about the show taking a 5 year leap.

Previously, Atharva goes to accept a music offer which can help him in reviving his lost music career. Unfortunately, the new villain Reyansh kidnaps him so as to stop him from coming back in the industry, or else he will lose his stardom once again.
Now, Imlie gets shot on his arm by Reyansh and runs away from him while he chases her. Fortunately, the police come and arrest him.
Later we get see an emotional moment of Imlie as she saved Atharva and brings him out of the house while he is unconscious.
Imlie cries and takes the cloth off his face. She tells an unconscious Atharva that she kept her promise that she had given to Kairi about keeping Atharva safe.
However, she sees Atharva taking her name and thinks about his hate towards her has taught him to live with no dependency.
Imlie thinks that being away from her, Atharva lives a better life and therefore she decides to leave from there before Atharva wakes up.
So, after seeing the police coming out, she leaves Atharva there before the police see her. The police spot Atharva and come running.
