MUMBAI : Star Plus show Imlie is one of the most loved shows on television.
The show kick started with Sumbul Touqeer and Gashmer Mahajani in the leading roles and now, it has taking a third generation leap. The show took a huge turn post the second leap and Imlie and Chini are now all grown up.

In the episodes which aired recently, it was shown that Sonali will want to expose the fact that Imlie is a bar singer to bring shame to her and the entire family but Imlie and Agastya roll out a plan such that Sonali’s plan backfires. Looking at the scenario, Annapurna will make up her mind to send Sonali back to her in-laws house as there is a lot of chaos because of her. Agastya will agree to the same, However, Imlie will put her foot down and will decide to not leave the house.
In the episodes ahead, it will be showcased that Bulbul, who has been making life extremely difficult for Imlie and putting her in problems will herself land in a soup. She will be stressed about it but here, Imlie will come to her rescue.
While Bulbul will be grateful for a while, she will later still have ill feelings for her as Imlie gets credited.
