It is shown that Jhanak informs Anjana that she knows Anirudh loves her and wants to be with her but she can't go against Arshi. However, Anjana tells her that she is not doing anything wrong with Arshi because Arshi does not have any love or sympathy for Anirudh. She just wants him to be happy and does not care for him. Interestingly, Anjana tells her that it will be better if she accepts Anirudh's proposal instead of ignoring him like this which she denies.
In the coming episodes, Jhanak will forget everything after the accident to what had happened with her while Anirudh considers her dead and breaks down in pain as he loses her.
