MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television's 'Mehndi Wala Ghar' is a family drama about the Agrawal family of Ujjain, delving into the nuances of familial bonds and highlighting concerns regarding whether the Agrawals would remain united in the face of adversity. The show expresses the perspective of a decades-old Mehndi tree that adorns the family courtyard and portrays a sympathetic depiction of the various characters found in each family.

Earlier, the family in Mehndi Wala Ghar was under stress as the truth about Manas and Mauli's relationship was revealed. Everyone was taken aback by Vijay's allegations against Manas and was left spinning by the revelations.
Later, unable to control herself, Ajanta revealed that Mauli was no longer legally married to Manas because Manas was forced into the marriage by Manoj and was now married to someone else.
Now, Mauli comes across some thugs trying to steal her bags as she is traveling back from Mumbai. When Rahul sees Mauli in danger, he rushes to her help.
Some goons would poke a knife at his throat and demand that Mauli provide her mangalsutra to save Rahul.
