MUMBAI: COLORS' new magnum opus show, ‘Shiv Shakti - Tap Tyaag Taandav’ delves into the first love story of the universe, exploring the journey of lord Shiva and goddess Parvati’s love, duty, sacrifice, and separation that translates into tap, tyaag, and Taandav.
Created and produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Swastik Productions, the show stars popular actors Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput in the lead roles of Shiv and Shakti respectively.
The show has received an overwhelmingly great response and fans have taken to the show almost immediately; its success has raised a question of how the show has managed to win over the audiences.

In the upcoming episodes of the show, Lord Shiv will get Sati’s Trishul back, while Goddess Ganga will persuade King Himavan and Queen Mainavati to allow Parvati to marry Lord Shiv.
Meanwhile, Narad will appear before Devi Parvati to tell her that her marriage with Lord Shiv is destined by the universe, but she will reply to Narad by saying that she must defer her parent's will.
