MUMBAI :Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupamaa and Anuj's post-marriage life. Currently the show revolves around Pakhi having a breakdown about her marriage issues.

Pakhi will go to the Kapadia House with the intention of saying sorry to Adhik but instead end up fighting with him.
Pakhi will be deeply disturbed after that and leave from there sad and feel like her marriage is falling apart.
Pakhi will be so sad that she will decide to take own life and leave a voice note for Adhik saying the same and also mention that she cannot stay without him.
Adhik will rush to the Shah House so as to save Pakhi before it is too late.
Anupamaa meanwhile is unaware of what’s going on and will devise a plan to save her own marriage.
