MUMBAI:Bhagya Lakshmi, a Zee TV show, tells the story of Lakshmi's life taking an unexpected turn when she marries a wealthy businessman named Rishi Oberoi. Despite this, when she learns the truth about her marriage, she feels betrayed. The show’s leading cast includes Aishwarya Khare and Rohit Suchanti. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor. The current track of the show revolves around Balwinder troubling Lakshmi again.
Previously, Rishi and Lakshmi are separated but they still love each other. However, Malishka created such big misunderstanding in Lakshmi's mind for Rishi that she refuses to patch up.

Lakshmi is back at her chachi's house and this proves to be an added burden for chachi. She is a money-minded person and is irked about Lakshmi denying alimony.

Further, chachi reveals to Lakahmi about her decision, but Lakshmi denies. She does not want to get married as she loves Rishi.
But chachi is determined as she is worried about the society and people's taunts.
