The show has a Punjabi setting and involves 3 love stories starring Himanshi parashar, Vijendra Kumeria, Roopam Sharma, Tushar Dhembla, Prachi Hada and Jatin Arora. The current track revolves around Inder’s affair being exposed.

Sahiba is hospitalized as she decides to donate her organ to Simran only to save her life.
Angad is tensed seeing how Sahiba is ready to put her own life at risk only to save Simran’s life.
Seeing Sahiba’s condition get worse, Angad becomes restless and asks Sahiba to wake up as he cannot imagine his life without her.
Angad gets teary eyed, asking Sahiba to wake up as he needs her in his life and that he loves her.
Angad desires to surprise Sahiba with a special love confession and asks her to wake up.
Interestingly, when Angad’s tear falls on Sahiba’s face, she opens her eyes.
