Previously, On one hand, Yuvika mourns the death of Neil while on the other Yash adjusts to living life with a newly donated heart! Isha urges Yuvika to shed tears and mourn but Yuvika remains numb at Neil’s last rites.
Later, Yuvika misses Neil, while Yash starts feeling Neil's emotions after the transplant. In her dreams, Yuvika questions Neil, "If you planned to leave, why did you leave your heart with me?" Suddenly, she hears his voice saying, "I'm still here."
Further, Yash and Yuvika sense each other’s presence when they’re in the hospital.
Now, Yash instructs Akshat to blow off the Mahajan's battery prototype. Meanwhile, Yuvika spots and questions him.
