MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Preesha and Yuvraj come face to face and Yuvraj tells her that all he wants to do is break Preesha and Rudraksh apart.
Later, Revati comes to Preesha and shows her a video. in which GPS will be seen tied to a chair, asking for Preesha's help. Seeing this, Preesha gets terrified and starts wondering how to save GPS and stop Revati.

In the upcoming episode, Revati very happily informs Rudraksh that he is soon going to be a father as Preesha is pregnant. Rudraksh gets very excited and hugs Preesha.
Later, Revati observes that GPS is almost successful in escaping and thinks of a way to stop him.
Later, as Preesha fails to tell Rudraksh the truth every time, she tries another way to communicate. She makes a letter with cut-outs on it and sends it to Rudraksh via a servant. Rudraksh receives the letter and get shocked reading it.
