MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
The show is gearing up for some interesting twists and turns.
In the previous episode, Preesha reaches Nalini's house where she meets her mother.
Preesha asks if she knows Nalini’s boyfriend and it is then that her mother shows her a picture of Nalini’s boyfriend.
Preesha is shocked to see the picture but soon connects the dots and everything starts making sense to her.
Later, Preesha meets the truck driver and asks him who paid him for the job.
Revati and Rakesh watch the news and it’s shown that Nalini met with an accident where the truck driver is arrested. The news informs that Nalini was pregnant and the child is safe. The reporter also adds that the DNA samples of the child are saved as it will be used to search for the child’s father.
Rakesh devises a plan to steal the DNA samples from the lab but doesn't realize that it is in fact a trap. Preesha will be waiting for him in the lab as he arrives.
Rakesh is left shocked seeing Preesha there.

In the upcoming episode, Rudraksh gives Preesha an idea to find the connection between the truck driver, Budhiya and Revati’s husband, Rakesh.
He tells her to go and meet Budhiya’s family and see if she can get a clue there.
Preesha later reaches the police station to get Budhiya’s address.
She distracts the constable with some work and while he gets busy, Preesha clicks a picture of the address.
Later, Preesha reaches the location and asks people around if they know where Budhiya lives.
On inquiring a lady, she points out to a woman and a kid who will be getting into a taxi and tells her that they are Budhiya’s wife and kid.
As they get into a taxi and leave, Preesha decides to follow them in order to meet them.
She follows them and sees that the taxi stopped at a school.
The wife and the kid get ou and go inside the school while Preesha looks at the school thinking that it’s surely an expensive school.
She wonders why the lady came there with her kid.
Preesha guesses that she is either here for her kid’s admission, now that she can afford it, due to Budhiya’s ransom or she must be here to get a teacher’s job as now the primary earner of the family, since Budhiya is convicted.
Later, Preesha reaches the hospital to check on Nalini.
Here, a nurse comes out and gives a piece of bad news to Preesha informing her that they couldn’t save Nalini.
Preesha feels broken as she was the key to the case against Rakesh and could've helped prove Rakesh guilty.
How will Preesha find out the truth now that Nalini is no more?
