It is universal by now that after the tremendous success of ABCD – Any Body Can Dance, UTV did sign Remo D’Souza to direct the sequel. The sequel that will be made on a larger scale will be shot in Las Vegas. As a matter of fact more than 60 per cent of the film would be shot there. Said the director in confirmation, “Wanting to make a bigger wave, I'm heading to Disney Studios in Los Angeles to start the groundwork for it." “We are going on floors in January and will finish by June. And if all goes as planned, we hope to release the film during the second half of next year,” D’Souza added. As far as the casting is concerned, the sequel will have a new cast but Prabhu Dheva and Dharmesh who were there in the first part will also be seen in the sequel. It is also known that Remo has turned a producer with his next film Amar Must Die that stars Rajeev Khandelwal and Zarine Khan in the lead.
