There's no point in making the same show again if the story is not fresh. And our show was completely different from the original one. I think we were on the top for 100+ episodes, so I'm completely satisfied with that.

Just recently, we got to know that Jigyasa has quit the show and Prachi Bansal has joined as the new Thapki in the show, well the show is doing decently well as fans are trying to accept Prachi as the new Thapki.

her exit from Thapki Pyar Ki 2 has been nothing short of a shocker to the audience of the show. Incidentally, Jigyasa had to exit the previous season, too, albeit for a brief period, after she was diagnosed with swine flu. The latter shot her last episode on Sunday.

I don't think that would affect our performance. It would be really difficult for the new girl, the kind of performances Jigyasa has given are stupendous. There is stammering in the character and for anybody who has to perform to match it would be tough. I am very positive, we are working hard. I hope things will fall into their place.
