MUMBAI:The episode starts with Malishka, on a call with Balwinder, warning him to stay in the hospital until Lakshmi leaves and not cause any more trouble. As the call disconnects, Rishi calls Lakshmi, asking why she video-called him and admitting he felt happy to see her. However, a tense Lakshmi responds rudely, leading to an argument. Frustrated, Lakshmi cuts the call, leaving Rishi irritated. He decides to ignore her calls going forward and silences her number.

Lakshmi grows suspicious, wondering if Malishka tore the register and how Balwinder managed to escape. Meanwhile, Ayush vows never to let Shalu cry. As he removes his blazer, Karishma reminds him to get ready for his engagement. He asks for two minutes, applies body spray, and, sensing someone spying on him, calls out to check. As he steps outside, Anushka sneaks in and secretly cuts his blazer as part of her scheme.
Later, Ayush notices Rishi is upset and asks what happened. Rishi complains that Lakshmi keeps pushing him away despite his attempts to make things right. Defending Lakshmi, Ayush insists she deserves respect, calling her his Bhabhi. Annoyed, Rishi accuses Ayush of always siding with Lakshmi and tells him to leave.
At the hospital, security staff and nurses spot the woman from the CCTV footage and decide to catch her. They identify Malishka and begin chasing her, with Lakshmi joining the pursuit. Malishka panics, realizing she can’t call Balwinder for help.
Back at home, Ayush puts on his blazer and discovers it has been ruined. Shocked, he calls Karishma, who, along with Neelam, inspects the damage. Neelam confidently declares she knows who is responsible. Meanwhile, Lakshmi and the guards continue their search for Malishka, who hides in a cold storage room.
Karishma asks Neelam who she suspects. Neelam believes either Anushka or Neel is behind it. She contacts security, instructing them to check the guest list for unauthorized visitors. After they leave, Neelam and Karishma decide to buy a new blazer from the market.

Just then, Rano arrives and learns about the torn blazer. She suggests that there’s no need to buy a new one, as Shalu can easily fix it. Neelam agrees and asks Rano to call Shalu. As Rano leaves to make the call, Ayush starts suspecting Neel of sabotage. Meanwhile, Anushka watches him smugly, thinking to herself, It was me who cut the blazer—I won’t let your marriage with Shalu happen.
