It is said that books are man's best friends. If you have found your best friend in books, you will never be alone. And most of the book lovers have that one favourite book which they do not mind reading again and again.

Tellychakkar.com caught up with a few popular TV actors to know which book is their ‘favourite best friend’.

Ssharad Malhotra
I like the book ‘Jonathan Livingston Seagull’ by Richard Bach. The book has depth. It gives insight into life through the lives of penguins.  

Jasmin Bhasin
I like the book ‘When Bad Things Happen To Good People’ by Harold Kushner. The book has my soul. It describes the tragedy of life.  

Amruta Khanvilkar
‘PS : I Love you’ is my favourite because it just crushes your heart and at the same time makes you believe in love strongly, though it makes you weep in the process.  

Shivin Narang
I like the book ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho. It’s really close to my heart. I love the core theme of the book, "when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.

Laksh Lalwani
I like the book ‘The Hunger Games’  by Suzanne Collins. The genre of this book is Adventure, Dystopian and Science Fiction. I am a very adventurous person. Adventurous person is the one who is excited to try something new and different from others and who love to take risks and explore variety of things.  

Ankit Bathla
‘The Leadership Sutra’ by Devdutt Patnaik is my favourite. Devdutt Patnaik is my favourite writer. His amazing style of weaving mythology with today's dynamics and thoughts is par excellence.
