MUMBAI: Dr. Surva informs Pradhan that Neil has recovered enough to return home, but cautions that Neil’s memory loss may persist until the swelling in his brain subsides, which could take days or even months. Leena adamantly opposes Savi being near Neil, but Dr. Surva insists that Savi’s presence—and her continued pretense as Neil’s wife—is crucial for his mental and emotional well-being. He warns that removing Savi now could negatively impact Neil’s recovery, and challenges the family to consider whether their dislike for Savi outweighs their love for Neil.
Despite her reluctance, Leena agrees to let Savi stay for Neil’s sake, after Vinod and Bhushan plead with her. Vinod thanks Dr. Surva and promises not to reveal the truth to Neil.
At home, Leena welcomes Neil with a traditional nazar utarna ritual and, at his request, extends the same to Savi and the children. She instructs Neil to rest and assures him she’ll help if he needs anything, but Neil reassures her, noting that his “wife” will take care of him.
Amruta brings Neil turmeric milk, reminiscing about caring for him in the past, but Neil, confused, doesn’t recognize her. Vinod explains their relationship, and Neil apologizes for not remembering. The family leaves Neil to rest.
Later, Savi gives Neil his medicine, and he admits he doesn’t remember her name, feeling like a failure. He asks her not to reveal it, deciding to call her “Biwi” until he remembers. Savi agrees, and Neil expresses gratitude for her understanding.
When Neil notices the absence of Savi and the children’s belongings, Savi explains that the room is under renovation and promises to bring their things in the next day. After Neil leaves, Savi finds Teju’s photo and vows never to take Teju’s place in Neil’s life, promising to leave once Neil recovers.
Meanwhile, Sai asks Savi when they’ll visit Granny Bhagyashree. Savi explains they’ll stay until Neil is better and asks Sai to call Neil “Pookie Papa” for his recovery, despite Sai’s protest that Rajat is her father. Savi reassures her and seeks Manjari’s help, determined to support Neil through his recovery.
