Tell us a little about the work that you have done
I did a film called Anarth in 2002. I did a lot of popular brands ads like close up, Lifebuoy, Titan, Coke ad with Aamir Khan as a Nepali, Ruffles etc etc. I did a lot of music video's like for Singer Abhijit's music Video Tere Bina. I even did the remix of Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyar Ke Charche Har Jaban Par. I never struggled TV offers were always there. Ba Bahoo aur Baby is the first show I am doing. I have done two films also-- Wow and U, Bomzi and me.
What's your take on saas bahu sagas
I am very open to doing saas bahu type shows because TRP's happens only there. I would love to work for Balaji Telefilms.
What is the difference between working on television and films
Acting is acting. Television makes you a household name and gives good exposure whereas in case of films you can reach large number of audience only if you work under a big banner.
What is your advice to aspiring actors
Modelling and doing music video's may make you easily acceptable but struggle and hard work is equally required. Above that luck is very important and without that nothing happens.
