MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Meghla helping Adrija sit in front of the mirror. She tells Adrija that even if she isn’t fond of grooming herself, she will make an effort to do it for her. Adrija refuses, questioning who would even see her. Meghla reminds her that self-care is for oneself, not for others, and adds that today is a special day. When Adrija seems confused, Meghla reveals that it’s her birthday and excitedly shares her plans. Adrija insists she doesn’t want any celebration, saying she can’t enjoy her birthday in her current condition. Meghla encourages her not to lose hope, assuring her that she will walk again. Adrija, however, dismisses it as false hope.

Meghla then brings up Ranbir’s relentless efforts toward Adrija’s recovery. Adrija expresses her gratitude for Ranbir, while Meghla observes that he seems to blame himself for her accident. Adrija acknowledges his genuine concern. Meghla insists that Ranbir is a good person and, despite Adrija’s reluctance, helps her get ready. She also shares the family’s plan to surprise her for her birthday. Adrija initially resists, fearing that people will mock her, but Meghla reassures her that she would never let that happen.
The entire family, along with Adrija’s parents, gathers to celebrate her birthday. Adrija thanks them for their love and effort. Chandan and Mahua request to take Adrija back home, but the Bajwas refuse, assuring them that they will take care of her. Meghla explains Ranbir’s dedication to Adrija’s recovery, eventually convincing her parents to let her stay. Though hesitant at first, they finally agree.
Zoravar suggests that Adrija start working from home, and Balveer supports the idea. Adrija is pleased but worried since she doesn’t have a laptop. Her parents promise to buy her a new one, making her happy. Meher notices that Param hasn’t given Adrija a gift. In response, Param presents her with a painting, bringing a smile to Adrija’s face. As they all wait for Ranbir, they wonder about his whereabouts.
Meghla then announces that she has prepared food for everyone. Meher has her doubts, but Arjun confidently supports Meghla’s cooking skills. Meghla reminds Mahua of the times she used to assist her in the kitchen, though Mahua recalls an instance when Meghla’s cooking turned out badly. Meghla acknowledges that she may have made mistakes before but asks everyone to trust her this time. Zoravar makes a sarcastic remark, but Meghla remains composed, assuring him that everything will be fine.

As Chandan and Mahua prepare to leave, the family persuades them to stay. Just then, Ranbir arrives with a gift for Adrija. She is overjoyed to see a laptop from her favorite brand and excitedly tells her parents. Chandan questions Ranbir for spending so much, but Mahua supports him. Adrija then cuts the cake, and they all take pictures together. Meghla silently steps aside, watching them from a distance with a smile.
