Is food the elixir of life? You are asking this to a foodie who lives to eat and does not eat to live. Yes, it is the most important part of life and I think it gives motivation and helps to keep mind clear and healthy.
Are you a foodie? Undoubtedly, yes.
Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Non-vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine: Indian and Italian.
Favourite dish: Pizza, I love junk food more and homemade food as
well, especially cooked by my mother.
Favourite restaurant: It’s a dhaba in Delhi where I think you get
the best Punjabi dishes.
A must on my breakfast table: 4 egg whites.
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: Sugar free coffee.
Lunch generally consists of: Dal, chawal, salad, curd, vegetables and chicken.
Dinner generally consists of: Depends on what I didn’t have in
lunch.
Dessert delights: Chocolate cake and anything which is baked. I
like brownies a lot.
One thing I can't resist: Sizzling brownie with ice-cream.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Any fresh fruit juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t booze.
At parties I have: Fruit juice or cranberry juice
Most unusual dish I've tasted: Khaboos it’s like a roti in Dubai
which is not unusual for them but it was for me.
Experiment with food: No, I like to play safe because I don’t like
boiled and uncooked stuff.
On the streets, I love to have: Aloo Chat and Aloo Ki Tikki which
you get well in Delhi.
Do you cook? Yes, many a times.
Fitness tip: Don’t overdo exercise if it is not fit for your body
and always try to eat healthy and avoid oily food and too much of masala. Try to maintain a exercise routine because workout is very necessary to keep body, mind
and life healthy.
