Diti warns them that Shukracharya has found a way to defeat Shivatva. Shukracharya declares that even Shiv Shakti cannot stop his plan, foretelling an impending storm. Diti asserts that the Asurs will either win completely or face total destruction before leaving with Shukracharya.
Indradev dismisses the warning, noting that Asurs have never won and that Shiv Shakti protects them. However, Lord Shiv cautions that Shukracharya and Diti have nothing to lose, making them willing to go to any lengths. His concern unsettles Goddess Parvati, who says she has never seen Lord Shiv so worried and fears for the world. Lord Narayan advises Indradev not to doubt Shiv Shakti and departs, while Indradev wonders about Shukracharya’s intentions.
Meanwhile, Shukracharya and Diti summon all the Asur clans, and Shiv Shakti takes notice. Goddess Parvati questions their motive, but Lord Shiv is uncertain and senses danger. Chandradev informs Indradev about the Asur gathering, leading Indradev to assume they are preparing for war. However, Lord Narayan suspects Shukracharya’s plan is something else. Indradev, determined to act first, urges the Devtas to destroy the Asur clans and begins chanting.
As the Asurs assemble, one asks Shukracharya for the reason behind the summons. Shukracharya reveals that this battle will not be fought with weapons but with strategy, as they cannot win through sheer strength. He then unveils his plan—Asurs must sacrifice their lives.
Lord Shiv pleads with Shukracharya to abandon this path, while Lord Narayan warns of the dire consequences. Goddess Parvati urges him to recognize the value of life. However, Rahu argues that the Asurs understand its worth and are fighting for their identity. Diti declares that the Asurs will willingly sacrifice themselves for Asurlok, and the Asurs express their readiness.
Shukracharya proclaims this is only the beginning, claiming even the Tridev cannot prevent the consequences of this yagya. He orders the retrieval of the asthi kalash. Realizing the gravity of the situation, Lord Narayan urges Lord Shiv to stop Shukracharya. Indradev also calls on Lord Shiv to intervene before it is too late.
