MUMBAI: Fans of the Indian cricket team and especially of Rohit Sharma, will be celebrating as the team captain and his wife Ritika Sajdeh have welcomed a baby boy today. After 2018, this is the second time the couple have become parents after having their first daughter, Samaira. However, these are updates according to reports and an official announcement is awaited yet. On the other hand, fans on social media are going crazy with happiness and everyone has started to cheer for ‘Jr Hitman’.

Talking about the pregnancy, it was kept as a secret for a good long time but recently when it became uncertain if Rohit will be participating in the first Test in Perth or not, the news of pregnancy spread like wild fire. While Rohit and Ritika are celebrating the arrival of their second child, there are fans who are still eagerly wondering if Rohit Sharma will be a part of the Test series as his absence could lead to situations for Team India to get a little bumpy. Fans always high hopes from Team India.
Even though he was away from the team, the captain is prepared for all situations as he was practicing in Mumbai.
Even Gautam Gambhir, the head coach, at a press conference had revealed that there is no confirmation of Rohit Sharma’s availability for the Test series but showed that he was hopeful about the same.
However, if things go according to plan, Rohit Sharma might be available for the test series and even the BCCI is making room for it so that nothing goes wrong if at the end minute, the captain gives a go.
