MUMBAI: Starting on March 11th, Sony SAB's eagerly awaited legendary saga Veer Hanuman is expected to inspire devotion and take viewers on an incredible adventure. With a compelling story and compelling characters, the show will delve into the amazing story of Lord Hanuman and air on Sony SAB Monday through Saturday at 7.30 PM. The gifted actor Mahir Pandhi, who will play the opposing brothers Sugriv and Bali, has joined the impressive cast.

Mahir stands out for his unwavering commitment to his craft and his ability to bring realism to his characters in a world when many actors use various tactics to obtain a thin image. In order to represent the strong brothers Sugriv and Bali, he has made a commitment to putting on weight. Sugriv is a symbol of loyalty and tenacity, but Bali is praised for his extraordinary strength and might. This provides Mahir with the difficult task of preparing both emotionally and physically for these varied personas.
It's not simple to transform for a part, and Mahir's preparation shows how committed he is to achieving artistic brilliance in these two very different roles.

Speaking about his experience, Mahir says, "Changing my body for this part was difficult, but it was also quite fulfilling. I concentrated on complex workouts like squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, bench presses, and rows in order to effectively grow muscle. Nutrition was a major factor. In order to maintain the gains, I made sure to eat every few hours and to load up on healthy fats and carbohydrates. Sleep is a vital component that is sometimes disregarded; obtaining at least 8 to 9 hours was necessary for both muscle growth and recovery. It will be much harder to keep Bali's appearance consistent now that we're filming in the Gujarati suburbs, but I'm determined to make sure the character has the same impact on screen as I had in mind.

Stay tuned to witness the beginning of an epic journey as ‘Veer Hanuman’ launches on 11th March and will air every Monday to Saturday at 7.30 PM on Sony SAB.
