The talented Vishnu Bholwani, who has been impressing viewers with his negative streak in Sony Entertainment Television’s Kehta Hai Dil…Jee Le Zara (Rose Audio Visual’s Pvt Ltd), is currently enjoying playing the positive shade. And now with the show all set to bid farewell, we spoke to Vishnu on how difficult and insecure an actor’s life is.
Said the actor, “For an actor, settling into a character and also with the team takes time. And for such a tragedy to occur (off air) just when you have started putting in all your efforts is indeed bad. I don’t know whether I should really term it as tragedy, for it’s actually a challenge when we actors have to deal with such situations. It’s not an easy task to get into a comfort zone and then getting pushed out soon.”
Well, his character too had to see a change from being an out an out negative character to a positive one right now. “Well, to be honest I feel I am more comfortable with emotional scenes. I never thought I would do a negative role and see, I was cast as the main villain (laughs). An actor’s life is never planned, it’s just plain destiny,” he shared.
Now that the show will soon end, will he miss his team? “Of course, they have all been really supportive. And while shooting for the emotional scenes with Aaji (Sulbha Deshpande), I realized how down to earth the lady is even though she is such a renowned actress. The whole team is like a family and once we wrap up, we are surely going to miss each other,” he averred.
About his plans for the near future, he explained, “I have done a lot of theatre, so definitely I will head there once my show gets over,” he concluded with a smile.
We wish you luck, Vishnu!!!
