MUMBAI: Recently, there reports about senior actor Shagufta Ali roped in for Colors’ popular show Barrister Babu (Shashi Sumeet Productions).
However, as per the latest development, Shagufta is out of the show and makers have brought actress Alka Kaushal in replace of her. The reason of replacement is not own to us.
Alka Kaushal will now be playing the negative role in the show. She will portray the owner of a brothel, where Sayantani Ghosh is a dancer.
Alka Kaushal who is part of the industry for decades now was recently seen in Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
When we reached out Shagufta to about this sudden development she asked to get in touch with production team. While, we could not get through Alka Kaushal for a comment.
